Global Suppy Chain -  Traineeship

The Job

Are you a recent graduate eager to make an impact? Then our new traineeship program is for you!

This 2-year global supply chain traineeship is a hands-on, end-to-end global supply chain experience through different roles and projects to get a 360° view on our global supply chain activities and prepare towards one of the fix roles in the team.

Throughout the program, you'll be exposed to various assignments within your team. This will enable you to build a strong network, expand your expertise, and connect with key individuals.

After completing the two-year traineeship, you'll transition to a permanent position, based on the business needs, your performance, your potential, and your career aspirations.

Your Mission

On the job learning and guided exposure to a variety of real-life supply chain challenges. By gradually acting as back-up for several roles in our team as logistic administrator, order fulfillment support, trade compliance support, S&OP analyst or purchaser, you will get the opportunity to fully immerse in all our supply chain activities.

Developing your reporting skills by helping us to develop our next level KPI dashboards and supply chain cockpits in Power BI. 

Getting exposure to the broader business in interdepartmental (digitalization) projects as GSC coordinator.

Learning to become a high contributor in business transformation projects.

Growing in lean thinking and process improvement approaches by challenging our GSC processes

supporting the team in process documentation.

Playing an active role at implementing improvement tracks.  

Supporting the team by researching and compiling risk and supply chain impact analysis, for example changing regulations (import/export/VAT taxes) and geopolitical changes.

You will be coached and mentored by the Manager Delivery and Logistics and the GSC director. 

Your Qualifications

You recently graduated (up to 2 years ago) in a supply chain related master’s degree (Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Legal, Operations, Finance…).

You have a first international supply exposure in internships or student jobs. 

You have a good understanding of business data analytics and dashboards.

You have knowledge of ERP, MRP and/or CRM systems.

You know how to work with Microsoft Office: advanced excel (graphs, pivot table, data analytics).

You know how to work with data analytics and reporting tools: Power BI is a plus.

You are fluent in English and you have a basic knowledge in French and/or Dutch - any other language is an asset.

You have good collaboration and communication skills, and you are passionate to make things happen.

You are eager to learn by hands-on experience and self-investigation and can work effectively independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

You are a quality and result oriented person with a responsible and can-do attitude.

You are self-steering, forward looking and able to work on several tasks/projects in parallel.
