The Job

As Talent Acuqisition & HR Officer at Septentrio you contribute to executing the people strategy to support the company’s growth and culture. Although your focus will be mainly on recruitment, you also contribute to broader HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and organizational effectiveness, in collaboration with our HRBP.

 

Your Mission

As an HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition, you’re in charge of the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes conducting intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, facilitating hiring decisions, and managing offer negotiations.

You act as a trusted advisor to managers and team leads, supporting them in their search for the best match for each vacancy. Together with the HR Director, you drive strategic recruitment programs such as internships, campus recruitment, referral initiatives, and international hiring. To ensure a steady pipeline of talent, you proactively build and maintain strong networks with universities, recruitment agencies, and industry partners, aligning these efforts with the company’s long-term vision. In addition to recruitment, you carry out the employer brand that authentically reflects the company’s culture, values, and unique employee value proposition.

You’ll be part of a small, hands-on team where collaboration and ownership go hand in hand. You also contribute to general HR tasks in close collaboration with the Payroll specialist and HR Business Partner.

 

Your Qualifications

-      As our Talent Acquisition & HR Officer, you present the following competences:

  •           A Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •           2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR support roles, ideally in a corporate or technical environment
  •           Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
  •           Experience with ATS systems and digital recruitment platforms
  •           Very good knowledge of Dutch and English
  •           You are proactive and present a resourceful mindset
  •           You are able to work independently while collaborating with team members
  •           You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are able to advise stakeholders and build trusted relationships
  •  Interest in employer branding, campus recruitment, and talent pipeline development is a plus
